One of the projects of CDC&DC that develops our skills know-how is the construction of SC Johnson Six (6) Storey Office Building located at J.P Rizal, Makati City way back 2009. The experiences gain from our projects lead us to work hard and bid with different general construction and civil engineering project that lead us to collaborated with D.A Tuazon Construction & Dev't Corp. in completion of various Maynilad Development Project in Arroceros, Manila, Imus, Cavite, Quezon City & in Las Piñas City. We also completed the Civil Works of Avida Verte Tower and Avida One Park Drive in Taguig City specifically the Formworks, Concreting and Rebar Works. CDC&DC is striving towards its goals to do better in handling different building construction and general engineering.

From DESIGNER Idea to

Our company provides a wide range of scope in fit-out, renovation works and architectural works for museums, different BPO offices, banks, schools, hospitals, restaurants, residentials and other government offices and facilities. We manage to deliver all the works and requirements according to plan, materials, schedule and permits necessary for the projects completion. Some of our projects in collaboration with LLLEE & ICC Interior Design & Consultancy are SGV, EYA, Five Point, Frontier Software, Aecom & Schneider Electric.

Construction

The Company has come along way in the construction industry in terms of rebar works whereas we continue to show our competency from sub-contracting building of 168 Residence Tower, Marco Polo in Ortigas, Viridian in Green Hills, power plants in Calaca Batangas & Lafarge in Norzagaray, Bulacan up to infrastructure from north to south of Luzon, the TPLEX, SCTEX, Skyway Stage 1, 2 & 3, NAIA Expressway, NLEX Segment 10, LRT, CALAX and extent to Visayas area, the CCLEX Project and other infra that awaiting us for the better future.
